The following information will guide you through our enrollment process and help you complete the online enrollment application.
Getting Started
At St. Sava Orthodox School we offer educational programs for K3 and K4 (with both half-day and full-day options), Kindergarten (K5), and grades 1-8. To register your child(ren) at St. Sava Orthodox School, please carefully review the following information, which includes important enrollment dates, early enrollment discounts, registration requirements, the online application process, and payment instructions. The information you provide during this registration process will become part of the student’s official records and will be used for registration and educational planning. It is important that all details are accurate, as providing incorrect or outdated information may delay the registration process and affect your child’s enrollment status or eligibility for any early enrollment discounts.
Below, you will find two links to complete the enrollment process—one for credit/debit card payments and the other for check payments. Please select your preferred payment method and click the appropriate link to proceed with the online enrollment.
Please ensure that the registration form is completed fully and accurately. The online application typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete.
Important Open Enrollment Dates

February 3 - February 19, 2025: Open online enrollment for existing students of St. Sava Orthodox School, offering early enrollment discounts.

February 20 - March 6, 2025: Open online enrollment for BOTH new and existing students who wish to take advantage of the early enrollment discount.

Starting March 7, 2025: Open online enrollment for BOTH new and existing students. However, early enrollment discounts will no longer be available.
Parents interested in the early enrollment discount must submit their applications by end of day, March 6th, 2025. Early registration offers a discount on tuition for each student. Below is a breakdown of the early enrollment discount applied for each student registered on or before March 6, 2025. While applications will still be accepted after this date, they will not be eligible for the early enrollment discount.

K3/K4 Half Day: $100 tuition credit per child

K3/K4 Full Day: $100 tuition credit per child

Kindergarten (K5) - 8th grade: $200 tuition credit per child

Early Enrollment Discount

Student’s Immunization Records: If you do not have these records, please obtain a copy from your child’s doctor or visit the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.

Custody Agreement or Court Order: If the parents are separated or divorced, a custody agreement or court order is required.

Court-Ordered Guardianship Papers: If the child resides with someone other than a biological parent, guardianship papers must be submitted.
Important Note: You will not be able to complete your child’s registration for the 2025-2026 school year without the student’s immunization records. Please ensure you have these records ready before starting the online application. You will not be able to finalize the registration without them. As you proceed, remember to open any required agreements in a new window.
Payment Information
The total cost to register your child for the 2025-2026 school year is $550.00, which includes:

A $500 non-refundable tuition down payment

A $50 non-refundable registration fee
You can pay the $550.00 fee via credit/debit card or by check. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to payments made by credit card.
Important Information for Payments by Check
If you choose to pay by check, it must be made payable to St. Sava Orthodox School and submitted to the principal’s office within 48 hours of completing the online registration. If you submit the application on a Thursday or Friday, please ensure the check is delivered to the principal’s office by Monday morning. Your registration will not be considered complete until the check is received.
Failure to submit the check on time may impact your child’s enrollment and eligibility for any early registration discounts (if applicable).

As you complete the online application, ensure you click "Select" under the grade level you are enrolling your child for. This step is crucial to ensure your submission is processed correctly. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance on completing this step.

Be sure to open any required agreements in a new window tab. If you don’t open them in a new window, any information you’ve entered may be lost.
Once all required documents are submitted and reviewed, we will process your application. A confirmation email will be sent to the parent/guardian once the registration is successfully completed.
