Our parochial St. Sava Orthodox School was established in 1997 and provides children with an Orthodox Christian-based education from preschool through eighth grade.
I am very excited and honored that you have decided to enroll your child at St. Sava Orthodox School. We, staff members understand that choosing a school for your child is an important decision and appreciate the trust you have put in us.
St. Sava Orthodox School serves children in grades K3-8th grade. We offer a comprehensive dual-language program, including a bilingual Serbian and English curriculum. Our academic program is structured and meets the Common Core State Standards that are required by the Department of Public Instruction. All the teachers and staff have been working hard to get ready for your child this school year.
At St. Sava, we offer small class sizes where children are taught by highly qualified teachers. We offer gym, music, and religion in addition to the core subject areas. At St. Sava, we strive to foster a caring and helping community of students. We nurture the children in our care morally, spiritually, academically and emotionally. All students, from K3 to 8th grade receive a strong foundation in the Orthodox faith.
One of our main goals at St. Sava is to ensure that every student in our school grows academically, spiritually, and emotionally. It is our goal that when they step out of our school, they are well-rounded productive citizens and are examples to others in the community.
